Switzerland

Switzerland feels highly organized and deliberate (hello Swiss trains and engineering). Mountains rise with quiet authority, lakes sit impossibly still, and villages appear carefully placed. I know the cost of living is high in Switzerland, but hands down, it remains in my top three countries for the way it balances precision (those trains are always on time), beauty (the Alps!!), and calm (the villages)
